It is advisable to reduce the intake of salt, which disturbs the water balance of the body and can lead to hypertension

Excessive food intake or deficiencies of needed ingredients in food can cause metabolic imbalance. To get rid of toxins from the body, make sure to include cleansing foods such as garlic, lemon, beets, green tea and turmeric in your daily diet.
