You don’t have to buy expensive equipment to get an effective workout. Affordable exercise accessories that can easily fit into even a small apartment or office space are enough. What kind of products is worth buying if you want to start your adventure with exercises at home or at work?

Dumbbells

Dumbbells are a popular and extremely versatile piece of equipment that can be used by both men and women. Dumbbells can be used to exercise most muscle groups. Dumbbells can be used to perform exercises for most muscle groups, such as bench presses, dumbbell stretches, arm and triceps flexions, lunges, jumping jacks, squats and rowing.

How to adjust the weight of the dumbbells? The best option for men will be models weighing between 15 and 22 kilograms.
